Rhett Godfrey 

Rhett Godfrey is Senior Programs Manager at the impact organization and investment firm Boma Investments, LLC.
Rhett co-founded the BSIC along with Consensys and serves the coalition in strategy and planning along with Boma’s Principle, Ron Boehm.

Mr. Godfrey is a specialist in sustainable and transparent supply chains. He is well known in ethical fashion as founder and coordinator of the Chetna Coalition, a pioneering value chain collaboration of nearly 30 global brands and manufactures in partnership with 15,000 organic cotton farming families of the Indian producer organization, Chetna Organic.

Mr. Godfrey is a thought leader and evangelist for new business models, tools, and systems for the impact economy. He consults on social enterprise and shared-value initiatives and sits on the steering committee NEXUS’s Purpose Lab.

Aside from his work in the impact sector, Mr. Godfrey is also a celebrated youth natural sciences educator, a published author of a book on intergenerational communication, and an expert in wild edible plants and wilderness skills.

Rhett studied Philosophy & Comparative Religion and at Skidmore College and the Environmental Science of Sustainable Development at Columbia University.
