Alex Gladstein is Chief Strategy Officer at the Human Rights Foundation. He has concurrently served as Vice President of Strategy for the Oslo Freedom Forum since its inception in 2009. Alex's writing and views on human rights have appeared in The Atlantic, BBC, CNN, Fast Company, Foreign Policy, The Guardian, NPR, TIME, WIRED, and The Wall Street Journal. He has spoken about HRF's work at Berkeley, Cornell, MIT, Stanford, the School of Visual Arts, the European Parliament, and Singularity University. Before joining HRF, he served as a foreign policy advisor in the British Parliament. Alex is a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University where he majored in international relations and Middle Eastern studies.
